Mr Joe Nalane

BProc (UKZN) LLB (Wits) LLM (Corporate Law) (UJ)

Joe was admitted as an advocate in 2008. Prior to that he practiced as an attorney and specialised in project finance, commercial litigation, privatisation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising, company law, construction law and labour law.

Mr Andlie Ncontsa

Andile is a BCom (Wits) graduate and an Alumnus of the University of Cambridge’s Business & the Environment Programme. He has completed numerous short courses in Project Management, Communication, Consulting and Media. On completion of his tertiary education he joined Shell Oil, and later the Rembrandt Group in sales and marketing. Andile is currently the CEO of Penreach NPO.

Ms Matshidiso Madima

BA.Hons, MA, M.Inst.D.

Tshidi is a seasoned and experienced investment Analyst with experience in investment management and consulting. In 2012 she was appointed the first CEO of the South African Convertible Bond Fund Manager in Sovereignty Capital. Prior to joining Sovereignty she was Executive Director for investments at the Mineworkers Investment Company (Pty) Ltd (“MIC”). She serves as a Non-Executive Director on a number of Boards. Tshidi holds a Masters in Accounting and Financial Economics and is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa.

Ms Joretha Osborne

BCom (Hons), CA (SA)

Joretha completed her BCom (Hons) degree at the University of the Western Cape in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) in January 2014. She is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Ms Kerry Human

BCom (Hons), CA (SA)

Kerry qualified as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) in 2002. After completing her articles, Kerry joined ABSA Bank as financial manager for Specialised Finance and Private Equity. Three years later she moved into a Private Equity transacting role where she stayed for five years before accepting the CFO role at ABSA Group Technology. Kerry joined RMB Corvest in 2012.
